Hotel Lobby AI Acceptable Use Policy: prohibited uses
Use Hotel Lobby AI only for lawful, authorized, and safe creative work. You may not use the service to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, grooming, or exploitation;
- non-consensual intimate content or sexual deepfakes;
- impersonation, fraud, phishing, deceptive political manipulation, or identity abuse;
- credible threats, instructions for violent wrongdoing, extremist recruitment, or targeted harassment;
- content that infringes copyright, publicity, privacy, trademark, or other rights;
- unauthorized depictions of real people, especially in sensitive, sexual, medical, financial, or political contexts;
- malware, attempts to bypass safeguards or daily limits, automated abuse, or interference with the service;
- unlawful discrimination, regulated goods transactions, or other illegal activity.
Hotel Lobby AI may use automated and human review, reject a request, remove content, preserve evidence, limit accounts or devices, and cooperate with lawful requests. Safeguards are imperfect; users remain responsible for every input and output.
To report abuse, send the relevant URL or task identifier and a clear explanation to lisheng@gmail.com. Do not email illegal media itself.
Applying the policy to a video project
These examples explain the rules above. They are practical review steps, not an exhaustive list of prohibited activity or a promise that a particular input will be accepted. The same rules apply to guest access, gifted credits, subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Paying for a model does not remove the requirement to use it responsibly.
Check the source material before uploading
Use images and other references that you own or are authorized to process for the intended purpose. Finding an image publicly online does not itself establish permission to upload, alter or redistribute it. Check who appears in the material, whether a client or photographer has limited its use, and whether the resulting video would imply an endorsement. If you do not have the necessary permission, use a different source rather than trying to conceal its origin in a prompt.
Obtain permission for identifiable people
A generated scene can place a person in a context they never appeared in. Consider both the source image and what the new scene suggests. Consent to take a portrait is not automatically consent to create an advertisement or sensitive synthetic depiction. Do not use the tool for deceptive impersonation, harassment or non-consensual intimate material. Extra care is required for images of minors; the prohibitions above continue to apply even if the source photo was shared publicly.
Review claims, branding and audio
AI video may invent a product detail, alter a label or make a person appear to say or do something. Inspect the finished frames and any audio before sharing. Do not publish a fabricated endorsement or misleading product claim merely because a model generated it. A song available in a social platform is subject to that platform's permissions; its presence there does not mean you can redistribute it for every commercial purpose. Use material appropriate for your account and intended placement.
Respect service safeguards
Free allowances and request limits support access for other users. Do not create accounts or manipulate devices to evade those limits, circumvent content controls or interfere with another user's work. If an eligible request fails, inspect its status and use the provided retry or support path. Repeated submissions can create duplicate tasks and additional charges. A blocked request is not permission to rephrase the same prohibited activity until it passes.
Before sharing a generated clip
Watch the whole result, including the ending, rather than judging only its thumbnail. Compare identifiable people and products with the authorized references. Check for unintended offensive content, misleading captions, invented logos or unwanted audio. A successful generation status only means a file was produced; it does not establish that the file is accurate, safe to publish or cleared for all uses. Revise or discard a result that does not meet the requirements of your project and the rules above.
Reporting a concern and getting help
When reporting a possible violation, provide the task identifier or relevant page address, the approximate time and a short explanation of the concern. State your relationship to the material when it helps support understand the report. Avoid including passwords, full payment credentials or unrelated personal data. Do not send illegal media itself. Hotel Lobby AI may review a report and take the actions described above; submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
For account and content responsibilities, read the Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy explains how submitted content and support information are processed. Billing and failed-task credit questions are covered by the Refund Policy. These policies address different parts of the same service, so a payment dispute does not replace an abuse report and an abuse report does not automatically request a cash refund.
