Hotel Lobby AI Terms of Service: using the video tools

Hotel Lobby AI provides automated tools for creating short videos from text or images. Features, supported formats, availability, model routing, and free allowances may change. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other output and must be reviewed before use.

Your responsibilities

You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for prompts, uploaded media, people depicted, trademarks, and intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated output and complying with applicable law, platform rules, model licenses, and third-party rights.

Accounts and security

Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and notify support about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Content and licenses

As between you and Hotel Lobby AI, you retain your rights in eligible input. You grant Hotel Lobby AI and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and modify input solely to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. Rights in generated output depend on applicable law, the selected model license, and third-party rights. Hotel Lobby AI does not guarantee copyright ownership, uniqueness, clearance, or fitness for a particular use.

Free access, credits, and payments

Eligible new visitors receive 4 MiniMax H3 credits, enough for one 4-second 768p video. Signing in adds a one-time 2-credit H3 bonus. Unused guest credits transfer once; the welcome allowance is not issued twice. Attempts to bypass limits are prohibited. All generation credits apply to MiniMax H3 on this website. Paid checkout is available only when explicitly enabled. The price, billing interval, renewal and credit-expiry terms are displayed before purchase. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer rights prevail where applicable.

Availability and termination

Generation relies on third-party infrastructure and may be delayed or unavailable. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address risk, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Hotel Lobby AI at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hotel Lobby AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to lisheng@gmail.com.

Practical questions about these terms

The following explanations help you use the service and find the relevant policy. They do not replace the provisions above or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

What should I check before creating a video?

Confirm that you can use the source images and depict the people shown. Choose the model, duration, resolution and aspect ratio, then read the displayed credit quote. Preparing a prompt or changing settings is different from submitting a generation. If the interface asks you to purchase access, review the subscription or one-time credit pack before continuing. Check that your available H3 credits cover the selected duration and resolution.

Does buying credits clear the rights in my video?

No. A purchase pays for access to the selected service; it does not establish permission to use another person's face, copyrighted footage, brand identity or music. A video made from your own image can still contain inaccurate text or invented details. Review the complete clip, check the selected model's applicable terms and resolve any rights questions before publishing. The same review applies to clips intended for a personal post, an advertisement or a client project.

Where can I check a payment or failed task?

Use the purchasing account's payment and billing pages to inspect the recorded order or subscription. Use generation history to inspect a signed-in task. A completed payment, available credits and a finished video are separate events; a checkout redirect alone does not establish all three. For a confirmed failed generation, the credit restoration rules are explained in the Refund Policy. When contacting support, include the order or task identifier and a concise description rather than a password or complete payment credentials.

Is generation history permanent file storage?

No. The Privacy Policy describes the current media retention and access periods. Download a finished file while it is available and keep your own copy if you need it later. A task or billing record can remain after media access expires. Private storage means the result is not automatically published to a public gallery; it does not mean that the AI and infrastructure providers never process the content needed to perform the task.
