How many credits does a video use?

MiniMax H3 uses 1 credit per second at 768p or 2 credits per second at 2K. A four-second 768p clip costs 4 credits; a five-second 2K clip costs 10. Choose 4–15 seconds and review the exact quote before generating.

What is included in the free allowance?

Eligible new visitors get 4 H3 credits and a one-time 2-credit sign-in bonus. Unused guest credits move to the account once; signing in does not create a second guest allowance. Check your available balance in the studio.

Can I purchase credits now?

How do monthly and annual plans work?

Monthly plans issue credits after each confirmed billing payment. Annual plans bill the yearly total upfront and release the allowance each month, beginning after payment. Each subscription grant lasts 62 days on Lite, 93 on Pro or 124 on Ultra.

What happens to failed tasks and canceled subscriptions?

Confirmed failures return eligible reserved credits. A timeout alone is not a confirmed failure: check the task before retrying. Canceling stops future renewals and normally preserves the current paid period. Cash refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Can I transfer credits from another site?

No. Hotel Lobby AI has its own accounts and balances. All credits cover MiniMax H3 videos here. One-time credit packs need no subscription and remain valid for 365 days.
