Hotel Lobby AI ("Hotel Lobby AI," "we," or "us") provides tools that turn text and images into video. This policy explains what information the service processes and why.

Information we process

Anonymous generation data: a one-way HMAC digest derived from a browser device token and network address, task status, selected mode, aspect ratio, duration, and loop setting. We do not send prompts or uploaded media to analytics.
Content you submit: prompts and source images required to perform the requested generation, plus the generated video.
Account data: name, email, authentication sessions, credits, and private generation history when you create an account.
Payment data: order and subscription records. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored directly by Hotel Lobby AI.
Technical data: security logs, browser type, referring campaign parameters, and limited usage events needed to operate and improve the service.

We use information to provide and secure generations, enforce the daily free allowance, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. Hotel Lobby AI does not sell personal information.

First-party interaction statistics collect allowlisted actions, page paths without query parameters, selected model and settings, purchase type, coarse device type, language, error categories, and whether the visitor was a guest or signed in when the action occurred. Guest actions are saved without requiring registration. A random first-party session cookie lasts 30 minutes; the server stores a daily HMAC of that session identifier to count ordered steps, including a guest signing in within the same session, not a permanent device fingerprint. Statistics do not contain prompts, media, filenames, result URLs, email addresses, login tokens, or authentication cookies. Internal testing is separated from visitor reports. Download clicks and the start of a file response do not prove a file was saved to disk. A daily rotating HMAC of the network address limits abuse of the event endpoint; it is not used as a cross-day visitor identifier. The first-party collector respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browser event counts are distinct from server-confirmed video delivery records.

Private media and retention

Anonymous uploads and results are private by default and are not added to a public gallery. The default product configuration expires access to source uploads after approximately 24 hours and anonymous results after approximately 7 days. Access expiry and physical storage deletion are separate operations. Operational backups, fraud records, or legally required records may follow different retention periods.

Generation privacy setting

Privacy is on by default for every creator, including guests. When on, the prompts, uploaded material and video for that generation are excluded from Hotel Lobby AI public examples, showcases and promotion. Turning Privacy off permits those uses after review; it does not automatically publish your work or create a public link. The choice is recorded with each task and does not change earlier tasks. Older tasks without a recorded choice remain private. This setting does not opt you out of the processing needed to generate and deliver your video, and does not change the selected model provider’s data policy.

Service providers

Hotel Lobby AI may use infrastructure, authentication, AI generation, moderation, storage, analytics, email, support, and payment providers. Those providers process only the information needed to perform their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.

Your choices

You may avoid creating an account and use the one-time anonymous video preview while it is available. Account holders can view and download recent videos across devices for seven days and may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data. Some security, transaction, and legal records may need to be retained.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, private object storage, short-lived download links, and hashed abuse-prevention identifiers. No online service can promise absolute security. Depending on provider locations, data may be processed in countries other than your own.

Children

Hotel Lobby AI is not directed to children who are unable to consent to online services under applicable law. Do not submit a minor's image without lawful authority and appropriate consent.
